Moulton Park Estate
The Homestead can accommodate up to 6 guests. The spacious master king bedroom has an opulent vaulted ceiling and large bay window overlooking the vast gardens. A walk in robe leads you to an indulgent, luxurious bathroom housing a freestanding stone bath for two. Another two king bedrooms share a second bathroom that has a single spa bath and separate shower. Sink into big, comfortable lounges around the fire while you watch the 65 inch 3D HD television for the ultimate in relaxation. The lounge flows through to an open plan kitchen/dining room where you can create a fantastic meal, or have a guest chef in for that special occasion. A generous continental hamper is included in the tariff, or you can enjoy one of the many cafes or browse the shops, located within only a few minutes from the property.






Moulton Park Keepers Cottage
The Keepers Cottage provides refined accommodation for two set amongst 3 acres of gracious and special gardens, big pine trees, beautiful crocuses and treasures in spring. The cottage has a four-poster bed, lounge room with CD stereo system, TV and DVDs, plus a private bathroom with heated towel rails and full range of toiletries.











Moulton Park Gatehouse Cottage
The Gatehouse Cottage(c. 1910) is the original gatehouse to Moulton Park Homestead and the larger of the two cottages on the property. It provides refined accommodation for two, surrounded by an exquisite border of camellias and English box hedging. The fireplace is the heart of the Gatehouse lounge room, which leads you through a separate formal dining, a provincial inspired kitchen and luxurious bedroom with a spa. The cottage has a four-poster bed, lounge room with CD stereo system, TV and DVDs, plus a private bathroom with heated towel rails and full range of toiletries.










The Blackwood Sassfras
The Blackwood is the ultimate getaway experience, with a stunning list of features, including iPad driven music system, surround sound, deep luxurious spa, luscious king size bed, exquisite toiletries.Designed by Justin Bishop Interiors, this is a property for just two special people. Of course, there is a kitchenette, generous continental breakfast provisions, huge TV, gas log fire and Nespresso coffee.Cooked breakfast from a local cafe can be delivered for an additional charge.










Santosa Cottage
This cottage is on 2 levels, downstairs open plan - a sitting room/reading room with comfy couch, TV, books and magazines.A dining setting off the kitchen looking through the big window to the camellia bushes - or sit out on the deck and listen to the bird sounds.A bathroom on this level too. Up the stairway to the queen bed, luxuriously comfortable, a couch, big TV, wood fire and a pair of French doors to balcony under the tree canopy. Rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some units feature a seating area where you can relax and you can always find a kettle in the room. All rooms come with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Extras include bathrobes, free toiletries and a hairdryer.







Treetop Stay
This property has it all; cosy, comforting and easy. Lovely bedrooms, both with queen beds, boasting the best linen and electric blankets. Equipped with washing machine dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, log fire, huge round snuggle chair for two, central heating, air con, huge Samsung Smart TV with Blu-Ray, Apple TV and Sonos Sound and fast Wi-Fi. Provisions include beautiful toiletries supplied, complimentary chocolates and a continental breakfast hamper for your stay.Access to terraced gardens and woodlands. Undercover parking is included for two cars at house.
Please note booking as two people in Treetop Stay will provide access to main double room only, the second room will not be available on your stay. Add one person for access to second double room.


The House has an office with a desk, chair and phone. Feel free to bring your laptop and connect to the Internet directly via a Ethernet cable. Great for working holidays.
