Furmston House can be booked as a three bedroom house or a two bedroom house and one bedroom studio.

Booked as a whole, Furmston House can accommodate 6 guests with lounge, kitchen, decking and garden - perfect for a group of friends or family to share.

The house has a loungeroom with flat screen tv, dvd player & games.
The Furmston Kitchen has an industrial feel with a zinc central bench & antique pendants, fabulous bifold windows that open to create an outdoor dining bench with stools.
The kitchen is completed with a large enamel cast iron pot,Life ceramic plates, riedel glasses and cooks knives.
Booking separately for one or two - the Studio has a king-sized bedroom with ensuite, sitting room and a private decking.
Assuring your privacy, The Studio has a separate entrance and parking.
Both the house and the Studio have flat screen TV's, DVD player, IPod docking and free WI FI.

Deposit

All bookings require full payment at time of booking.

Cancellation terms

All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $25.00 and must be in writing. At least 7 days notice, full refund. 7 days- 48 hrs notice = 50% refund.Less than 48 hrs notice will not be refunded.
