Property Description

Fresh from a major renovation in 2005, these apartments are bright and stylish. They capture abundant north light and views over the treetops to the mountain ranges nearby. The apartments are located in a tree-lined residential street that runs behind Healesville's main thoroughfare. The buildings have a Tuscan character about them with either timber or rendered external walls and plants in large terracotta pots on balconies and terraces. In the foreground, mature trees dominate the lush front garden.

Each apartment has individual features and furnishings. Fig-tree Apartment offers two bedrooms, a double spa and a wide balcony overlooking the old fig tree. The Terrace is ideal for one couple, with one bedroom, and the lounge opens onto a patio. The décor is sparing and strikingly contemporary. By contrast, the Garden Apartment has a distinctive Provincial character, with lime-washed floors and rustic accessories. The one-bedroom Tree-tops Apartment features a Japanese theme.

Description of rooms/units

The Terrace Apartment
This light and airy apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with spa-bath and a private terrace in morning sun. The lounge area has a quality sofa bed with innerspring mattress that can sleep one or two additional guests if required.

The Tree-tops Apartment (pictured right)
This is another one-bedroom apartment with a king size bed (or single beds if required). The bathroom has a double spa with an outlook to a private Japanese-style garden. The spacious open plan living, dining area and kitchen, along with a wide sunny deck, offer views over the tree tops to the ranges.

The Fig-tree Apartment
This spacious apartment has two bedrooms with queen size beds, a wide sunny balcony with mountain views, a bathroom with a double spa and a separate shower.

The Garden Apartment (pictured right)
This charming two-bedroom apartment has a queen size bedroom with mountain views, and a separate bedroom with bunks suitable for one or two children. The bathroom has a clawfoot bath and trombone shower. With its own fully enclosed garden this apartment is suitable for guests holidaying with their dog.

All apartments are self-contained with well-equipped kitchenettes, a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The living area is equipped with television, DVD and CD players. Beds are made up with luxury linen and bathrobes are provided. There are private laundry facilities.
