Activities round this region include horse riding, golf, hiking, cycling, fishing, boating and probably the most popular activity - wine tasting.Towns include Kilmore, Gisborne, Euroa, Woodend and the picturesque area of the Macedon Ranges, Maldon, Harcourt and a bit further to the west Maryborough - all have unique historical attractions, delicious restuarants, artisan galleries and produce markets.
