Arthur's Seat lays claim to the most spectacular lookout on the Mornington Peninsula and Summit Views is one of the precious few addresses that has a view equal to the renowned lookout. Eagle Nest occupies the lower level and has its own external entrance. A 50% deposit is required with all bookings, unless booking within 14 days of arrival, then full payment is to be made on reservation.
Where more than 30 days notice is given deposits and payments held for reservations are refundable less a cancellation fee, or, the booking can be rescheduled to a new date. Less than 30 days notice requires full payment unless the vacancy is refilled
